Fitness Myth # 1 You Burn More Calories on an Empty Stomach
Many people are told that if they work out on an empty stomach, it’ll burn more fat because there’s nothing in their body to burn except the fat. Look people, this is simply not true. If you usually eat before working out, it’s best to keep doing so because food provides energy for the work ahead – simple.
There is one caveat though – keep your food clean, meaning healthy. It’s no use eating garbage and destroying your good work in the gym.
